H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is in the process of structuring the criteria for the
staffing of positions in the Educational Programs. Our goals are to solidify the family (the basic unit of society)
by giving family members the chance to work and live closely together. HMF would like to give you a chance of a
lifetime to be financially stable, enjoy the work you do with contentment and bring out the best in you.
The projects that are first in priority for implementation are in the Educational Programs category. HMF Childcare Programs / Before and After School Programs, and Scholarship Programs will be the largest of any humanitarian programs of these types in the world. The scope of our educational programs will require a vast workforce of educational and childcare professionals.
Education will begin with infants and toddlers. Our childcare services will entail much more than mere babysitting as we engage children in educational and developmental activities that are fun and stimulating. Specialists in child development will be needed, as well as licensed childcare professionals, teachers, tutors, nutritionists, physical education trainers, facility coordinators, playground assistants, computer instructors, security professionals, and many other education-related experts. People experienced in administering scholarship programs will be welcomed into perhaps the largest scholarship program in the world.
As with most of our program categories, opportunities will be available for office staff, administrators, computer professionals, maintenance crews, cleaning crews, human resources staff, accountants, budget coordinators, managers, project managers, supervisors, security personnel and entry level employees.
All the employment opportunities will be accompanied by complete benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, preventive health, vacation, sick leave, counseling services, chiropractic, family bereavement, skills training, tax deferred savings, and retirement. Opportunities for advancement, performance-based compensation, work-life balance, and humanitarian career growth will also be available to help you in your pursuit of “life in its fullness”.
