H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is in the process of structuring the criteria for the staffing of positions in the Strategic Planning Programs. Our goals are to solidify the family (the basic unit of society) by giving family members the chance to work and live closely together. HMF would like to give you a chance of a lifetime to be financially stable, enjoy the work you do with contentment and bring out the best in you.

HMF will have an extensive Strategic Planning section that will perform global scale planning of humanitarian programs, projects, and initiatives. Additionally, external strategic planning activities at the program level will make the demand for strategic planners and related personnel very large. Additional strategic programs will include those that solve world problems of many varieties.

Professionals with expertise in long and short term planning will be essential to our operations, as will those who specialize in humanitarianism, agriculture, supply chain operations, business incubation, logistics, trending, benchmarking, and business efficiency. Professionals in the fields of risk management, global scale procurement, brand/reputation management, auditing, high level banking, ethics, and program management will be in great demand. Attorneys specializing in humanitarian fields, international law, business start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, distributive justice, and corporate planning will be greatly needed.

As with most of our program categories, job opportunities will be available for office staff, administrators, computer professionals, maintenance crews, cleaning crews, human resources staff, accountants, budget coordinators, managers, project managers, supervisors, security personnel and entry level employees.
