H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is in the process of structuring the criteria for the
staffing of positions in the Livelihood Programs. Our goals are to solidify the family (the basic unit of society)
by giving family members the chance to work and live closely together. HMF would like to give you a chance of a
lifetime to be financially stable, enjoy the work you do with contentment and bring out the best in you.
HMF will fund many programs pertaining to the Livelihood, such as economic stimulus programs to provide jobs and aid to many disadvantaged locales. Much work will take place to systematically lift communities and cultures out of poverty and into self-sustaining economic health. Many of the jobs available for the H Martin Global Community Center, Housing Programs, Environmental Programs, and other humanitarian endeavors will focus on providing livelihood to economically disadvantaged individuals.
Unskilled personnel will be provided training and job assignments to give them a head start in their careers. Many of the career opportunities listed in this website are part of our commitment to livelihood for people in need. Others include humanitarian work in other countries.
As with most of our program categories, job opportunities will be available for office staff, administrators, computer professionals, maintenance crews, cleaning crews, human resources staff, accountants, budget coordinators, managers, project managers, supervisors, security personnel and entry level employees.
All the employment opportunities will be accompanied by complete benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, preventive health, vacation, sick leave, counseling services, chiropractic, family bereavement, skills training, tax deferred savings, and retirement. Opportunities for advancement, performance-based compensation, work-life balance, and humanitarian career growth will also be available to help you in your pursuit of “life in its fullness”.
