H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is in the process of structuring the criteria for the
staffing of positions in the Housing Programs. Our goals are to solidify the family (the basic unit of society)
by giving family members the chance to work and live closely together. HMF would like to give you a chance of a
lifetime to be financially stable, enjoy the work you do with contentment and bring out the best in you.
HMF will be funding Housing Programs ranging from homeless shelters to safe affordable housing. Senior care facilities, hospices, and retirement communities will all require employees skilled in various aspects of housing. We will be doing extreme home makeovers for deserving families, and building private residential communities for employees of our more centralized long term programs.
Builders, developers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, architects, landscapers, general contractors, masons, construction crews, expeditors, specifiers, real estate professionals, interior designers, and property managers are just a few of the positions that will be available.
As with most of our program categories, job opportunities will be available for office staff, administrators, computer professionals, maintenance crews, cleaning crews, human resources staff, accountants, budget coordinators, managers, project managers, supervisors, security personnel and entry level employees.
All the employment opportunities will be accompanied by complete benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, preventive health, vacation, sick leave, counseling services, chiropractic, family bereavement, skills training, tax deferred savings, and retirement. Opportunities for advancement, performance-based compensation, work-life balance, and humanitarian career growth will also be available to help you in your pursuit of “life in its fullness”.
